
Job Overview
Contract: 6 weeks with potential to extend. Fully onsite position, Monday - Friday (non‑negotiable).
Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and update records within HubSpot CRM.
Generate, analyze, and distribute reports from HubSpot and internal databases.
Conduct research to support business initiatives and operational projects.
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, document management, filing, and correspondence.
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed.
Assist with process improvement related to data tracking and reporting.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities (if possible) and check output.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on HubSpot experience required .
Minimum 2+ years of clerical or administrative support experience.
Demonstrated experience running reports and performing business research.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HubSpot CRM required.
Excellent organizational and data management skills.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation
$28.00 /hour Pay Rate.
