Overview This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant, located in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to an executive or team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, assisting with clerical tasks, maintaining records, and serving as a primary communication point. The role requires excellent time management and attention to detail to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including the ability to support an executive or manager effectively

Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management to coordinate schedules and facilitate seamless communication

Competency in Clerical Skills, including data entry, record keeping, and office organization

Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Confidence in working independently as well as collaborating within a team

Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are advantageous
