The team works with ambitious founders building the next generation of crypto infrastructure, DeFi protocols, and consumer applications. They move fast, value creative ownership, and need someone who can translate raw founder energy into content that drives action.
The Role We are looking for a crypto-native Content and Social Lead
who will own the company's voice across every channel – X, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, emails, everything. This isn't a content coordinator role. You'll set strategy, build the content system, and be the primary voice the crypto world hears. Your goal: get high-quality founders to apply to the program. You'll report directly to the co-founder and have full creative control over how you get there.
This role suits someone who already lives on crypto Twitter, understands what makes founders tick, and can create content that feels native to the community (not corporate marketing). You'll turn founder wins, cohort stories, and raw material into posts, threads, video clips, and conversion copy that actually moves people.

What You Will Do
Own social media strategy and execution across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Write and optimize all company copy – website, lifecycle emails, event communications, founder updates
Transform raw content (founder stories, data, wins) into posts, threads, and short-form video
Build and run the content system: calendar, pillars, repurposing, weekly performance reviews
Manage podcast pipeline (topics, promotion, clipping, distribution) and coordinate contractors
Track what works, run experiments, double down on winners
Set creative direction for video content using contractors and AI tools
What You Bring to the Table
Crypto-native and can write like a real participant (not corporate marketing)
Exceptional writer with taste – sharp on social, crisp on conversion copy
Strong X presence with proof you can grow beyond the crypto bubble
Gen Z fluent and understand what resonates with crypto founders
Comfortable using AI tools to scale content production
Hungry, intense, and treat this like your company (not just a marketing job)

What You Will Get
Competitive salary: $100k to $140k USD
Equity: 0.1% to 0.2% (depending on experience)
