Established in 2009, our boutique design studio specializes in high‑end custom residential homes along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Based in Santa Rosa Beach, FL near Seaside, our work is rooted in thoughtful design and a deep respect for coastal context.
We are a close‑knit team of four designers working collaboratively on projects in some of the most sought‑after coastal communities. Our homes balance refinement and livability, craftsmanship and creativity.
We are seeking an experienced Architect or Designer who is passionate about residential design and ready to take ownership of projects from concept through construction.
The Role This is a leadership‑oriented design position within a small, highly collaborative studio environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Have
5+ years of experience
in custom residential architecture
Demonstrate strong conceptual and technical design skills
Manage projects from schematic design through construction administration
Coordinate consultants and work directly with clients
Lead and collaborate with our internal team
Produce clear, detailed construction documents
Be comfortable working in‑office with a flexible schedule
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture
5+ years experience in high‑end custom residential projects
Strong design portfolio (residential work required)
Proficiency in industry‑standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Experience managing project timelines and consultant coordination
Excellent communication skills
Licensure is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
