Prototype & Iterate:
Use Figma to bring ideas to life and refine them through rigorous usability testing.
Shape the System:
Manage and evolve our Design System to ensure visual consistency.
Collaborate:
Work as a strategic partner with Product Managers and Developers.
Advocate:
Be the voice of the user in every meeting.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of UX/UI experience with a killer portfolio.
Mastery of Figma and a deep understanding of Design Systems.
A "continuous improvement" mindset, always staying ahead of design trends.
Bonus points if you have experience in the energy or tech sectors!
