In this role, you will have a significant impact by supporting the planning and delivery of lifecycle trigger communications. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention. Accountabilities
Support strategy, planning, and execution needs related to credit card engagement efforts Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to implement and deploy lifecycle triggers Assist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel trigger communications Manage project timelines and ensure creative deliverables align with business goals Facilitate coordination across multiple stakeholders, including marketing, product, and tech Apply business analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize communication strategies Operate in a pod-based Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and reporting Monitor progress and identify issues or blockers, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery Drive continuous improvement efforts by questioning the status quo and proposing enhancements Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across documentation, planning tools, and dashboards Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services Experience in product planning, performance marketing, and/or marketing operations Project coordination and/or business analysis experience preferred Previously supported trigger email campaigns Strong communication and collaboration skills Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience using tools like Jira and QuickBase is a plus Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position Benefits
