Territory Sales and Service Representative

to join our team in the

Auburn Hills, MI

market. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to help achieve a cleaner, safer & healthier environment for all. How You'll Make an Impact

Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions. Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing accounts. Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems. Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed. Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions. Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers' operations are fully functional. Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs. Position Details

This is a field‑based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: Auburn Hills, MI Utica, MI Novi, MI Flint, MI During training, you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks; the remaining weeks are in‑field. Travel expenses are paid by Ecolab. You must have proper travel documentation. Weekend Rotation

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry‑related experience. Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance at night, on weekends, and over holidays. Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions. No immigration sponsorship available for this position. Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling. Standing/bending/stooping. Working in confined spaces. Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated). Availability to work overtime. Driving a company vehicle as required (pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed). Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree or other advanced training or certifications. Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa. What's in it For You

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total compensation range for this position is $61,700–$92,500, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance. Many factors, such as experience, education, training, and geography, are considered when determining compensation. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
