PE Backed Insurtech | Transforming Insurance Distribution

I’m currently partnering with a fast growing PE backed Insurtech, backed by one of the most respected Private Equity houses in the industry.

Following a significant funding round and the successful landing of multiple Tier 1 enterprise accounts, the business is now in full growth mode. They are investing heavily in their commercial team and are looking to appoint a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the US market.

This is a genuine opportunity to join a category defining business at a pivotal stage of scale.

The Opportunity This role is focused on new business. You will be responsible for opening strategic enterprise accounts, building awareness in complex organisations, creating budget where it does not yet exist, and converting opportunity into revenue.

The product is genuinely revolutionary. It is transforming the way insurance distribution operates, challenging legacy processes and delivering measurable commercial outcomes for carriers, brokers and MGAs. The business has already proven product market fit with Tier 1 logos and is now accelerating expansion.

You will have the credibility of a PE backed platform, strong executive sponsorship, a clear market narrative, and referenceable enterprise clients.

What You Will Be Doing

Driving new logo acquisition across enterprise insurance organisations

Engaging C Suite and senior commercial stakeholders

Building pipeline through strategic outbound and account based approaches

Educating the market and creating urgency around a new category

Creating and shaping budget where required

Running complex sales cycles from discovery through to close

Collaborating with marketing, product and leadership to refine positioning

Representing the brand at industry events and within your network

What They Are Looking For

Proven track record closing enterprise deals within Insurtech or Insurance technology

Experience selling into carriers, brokers, MGAs or wholesale platforms

Strong capability in new logo hunting and complex deal navigation

Comfort operating in a high growth, high expectation environment

Executive presence and the ability to challenge and educate buyers

Experience creating pipeline in markets where the category is still forming
