We are looking for a results driven Staffing Sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building trusted client relationships, and growing accounts over time.

Role Overview This role is responsible for acquiring new direct Fortune 500 and enterprise clients, owning the full sales lifecycle, and expanding existing accounts through add on staffing business. The ideal candidate brings a strong network, proven sales execution, and the ability to work collaboratively with recruiting and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and open new direct client relationships (Fortune 500 / large enterprise accounts)

Drive end-to-end staffing sales lifecycle: lead generation, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closure

Build and manage long term client accounts, acting as a trusted staffing partner

Grow revenue through add-on business, renewals, and expansion across existing accounts

Collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction

Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate sales forecasting

Represent PamTen professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums

Stay informed on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience in Staffing Sales, preferably IT / Technology staffing

Demonstrated success in opening new direct client accounts (Fortune 500 or large enterprises)

Strong track record of account management and revenue expansion

Existing relationships and contacts within enterprise or mid-to-large organizations preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional teams

Experience working with US staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling across diverse industries (Banking, Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Products etc.)

Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and structured sales processes (Salesforce, JobDiva etc)

NJ / NYC market knowledge is a strong plus
