A growing restoration contractor specializing in exterior restoration, roofing, and waterproofing projects across NYC with 25 years of market-leading experience is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their Midtown Manhattan office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early estimating experience looking to develop within a high-energy, growing business.
The Role
Review drawings, scopes, and specifications Perform quantity take-offs Assist with subcontractor and supplier pricing Support preparation and submission of bids Attend site visits as required Assist with project handover to operations Requirements
1+ year of estimating experience in construction Ability to read and interpret drawings Strong attention to detail Proficient in Excel Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment Why This Position?
