This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early estimating experience looking to develop within a high-energy, growing business. The Role : Review drawings, scopes, and specifications Perform quantity take-offs Assist with subcontractor and supplier pricing Support preparation and submission of bids Attend site visits as required Assist with project handover to operations Requirements : 1 year of estimating experience in construction Ability to read and interpret drawings Strong attention to detail Proficient in Excel Experience in exterior restoration, roofing, façade, or waterproofing preferred Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment Why This Position ?
