
Krilogy is seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Marketing Strategist who can blend creativity with data‑driven strategy to strengthen our brand presence, deepen audience engagement, and support measurable business growth. Digital & Content Marketing
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid digital channels.
Create and publish digital content that aligns with brand messaging and effectively targets the audience.
Develop and manage scalable advisor enablement initiatives, including marketing content, campaigns, and tools that enable advisors to support prospecting, client communication, and brand consistency.
Support website optimization through SEO best practices, keyword research, and performance monitoring.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze marketing performance across digital channels, connecting campaign activity to CRM data, pipeline development, opportunity creation, and advisor engagement metrics.
Partner with sales and advisor teams to improve marketing attribution, reporting on lead flow, engagement quality, and downstream business impact.
Identify trends and insights to refine campaign strategy and improve marketing effectiveness.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform growth opportunities and audience needs.
Brand & Creative Coordination
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns and events.
Contribute to the strategic development of messaging that supports Krilogy’s mission and values.
Paid Media & Social Media
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (search, social, display).
Oversee and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and additional relevant channels through content planning and community engagement.
General Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day marketing operations and project coordination across campaigns, channels, and timelines.
Stay current with industry trends, AI‑enabled marketing tools, privacy standards, and emerging platforms.
Manage marketing budgets, invoice tracking, and relationships with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
5-8 years of marketing experience in financial services strongly preferred, with specific experience in wealth management, RIAs, broker-dealers, or closely adjacent industries.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM platforms, including email automation, analytics, and attribution tools used to connect marketing activity to pipeline, opportunities, and advisor engagement.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
SEO, SEM, and content marketing experience.
Understanding of data privacy considerations and compliance.
Soft Skills
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and operate with accountability in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Creative problem‑solver with adaptability and a willingness to embrace new technologies (including generative AI).
