Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Funeral Director, rotating at all five sites: Roseville, St. Paul, Woodbury, Elk River, and Monticello. The Funeral Director will oversee and manage funeral care arrangements, including coordinating services with families, conducting funeral services, and assisting with embalming. Responsibilities include offering compassionate support to grieving families, maintaining adherence to professional and legal standards, and ensuring the seamless operation of all funeral-related services. The position requires a focus on professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail to honor traditions and meet client needs.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Embalming and working in Funeral Homes
Strong skills in Family Services, Communication, and Customer Service
Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Flexibility and organization to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Licensure as a Funeral Director (or ability to obtain) and a valid driver’s license
Commitment to upholding the values of inclusivity and respect in service
