Position Summary: SharkNinja is seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong
Pure Players Key Account Manager
to own day-to-day strategy, execution, and performance management of business across Latin America, with primary focus on
Brazil .
This role will be responsible for managing Pure Players accounts end-to-end—driving revenue growth, improving profitability, executing joint business plans, and operationalizing the Global Amazon COE playbook adapted for Mercado Libre. The role will serve as the
primary owner of the Pure Player relationships at the working and senior-manager level , partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams and counterparts.
The Key Account Manager will report directly to the
VP, Pure Players – Americas Expansion
and work in close collaboration with the Pure Players Center of Excellence.
Account Ownership & Commercial Performance
Own the
Pure Player execution, driving sustainable growth and margin expansion.
Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance against key KPIs including POS, contribution margin, ASP, conversion, traffic, and inventory health.
Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing optimization, promotions, and improved retail execution.
Joint Business Planning & Platform Management
Support the development and execution of
Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
with Pure Players, aligned to Shark Ninja’s short- and long-term growth objectives.
Manage ongoing commercial negotiations including promotions, visibility programs, media investments, and platform initiatives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Pure Player category, commercial, and operations teams.
Operational Excellence & Execution
SKU Optimization and content excellence
Promotional planning and calendar execution
Media activation and performance optimization
Buy box protection and pricing governance
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize fulfillment strategies (MELI Full, Flex, FBM, cross-border).
Monitor inventory levels, in-stock rates, and forecasts to mitigate risk and maximize sell-through.
Content, Media & Conversion Optimization
Ensure best-in-class content across all priority SKUs, aligned to SharkNinja brand standards and platform-specific best practices.
Partner with marketing and media teams to plan and execute paid and organic growth strategies, optimizing ROAS and conversion.
Continuously test and optimize content, media, and promotional mechanics to improve on-site performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the central point of coordination between Pure Players and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to leadership, including risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
Support cross-market initiatives and capability building efforts led by the Global Amazon COE.
Reporting & Insights
Own weekly and monthly business reviews, including dashboards, insights, and action plans.
Translate data into clear commercial narratives for senior leadership.
Track execution against COE maturity frameworks and performance milestones.
Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or key account management.
Hands-on experience managing Pure Player platforms.
Strong understanding of marketplace levers: pricing, promotions, content, media, fulfillment, and conversion.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Preferred
Experience operating in
LATAM markets , particularly Brazil.
Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency strongly preferred.
Experience working within a COE or global operating model.
MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
