Regional Sales Manager (Machine Vision) – DACH (Mandarin Speaker) We are hiring on behalf of a client, a fast growing industrial automation and machine vision technology company with an established product portfolio across cameras, optics, lighting, frame grabbers and vision software. They support OEMs, system integrators, and end customers across manufacturing and logistics, and are expanding their commercial coverage in the DACH region.

The Role As Regional Sales Manager for DACH, you will own and drive mid to long term business growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will develop key accounts, build partner networks, and position advanced machine vision solutions into automation and production environments. This is a customer facing role requiring strong commercial ownership, structured sales execution, and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Build and execute a mid to long term DACH sales strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth. Identify, develop, and manage key customers and channel partners, creating new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Create and deliver account development plans, including regular customer visits, joint business planning, and alignment of mutual goals. Own customer relationships end to end, coordinating internal teams to resolve commercial, technical, and operational topics and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, pricing and negotiation, forecasting, and closing. Use CRM and sales tools to track pipeline and performance, run regular business reviews, identify gaps, and continuously optimize execution. Where applicable, support and guide regional sales resources, contributing to a high performance, collaborative, customer focused culture.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred: Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, or Marketing). 5+ years of sales experience in industrial automation, with proven experience managing or leading sales teams. Strong knowledge of machine vision systems: cameras, lenses, lighting, frame grabbers, and vision software or algorithms. Experience selling through or working closely with system integrators, OEMs, or equipment manufacturers. Industry exposure is highly valued in one or more of: 3C electronics, semiconductors, automotive, packaging, intralogistics. Results driven, ownership mindset, high integrity, and strong collaboration style. Excellent communication and analytical skills, able to structure and present business insights clearly. Languages: Mandarin Chinese and English (working proficiency). German is a strong advantage.

Location and Travel DACH region coverage with regular travel to customer and partner sites. Flexible base location within DACH preferred.
