We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys managing high-level customer accounts, and is passionate about supporting sales growth through both client service and business development efforts.

In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for strategic accounts while also supporting our Business Development Manager with pricing quotes, customer outreach, and sales coordination. You will play an important role in warm lead calling, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention

Serve as a trusted account management resource for client needs, inquiries, and ongoing support

Partner closely with the Business Development Manager to assist with pricing strategies, quote preparation, and proposal coordination

Conduct warm lead outreach calls to prospective and existing customers to support business growth and account expansion

Coordinate order processing, documentation, invoicing support, and internal communication across departments

Track customer requests, sales activities, and project deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely completion

Assist with contract documentation, account renewals, and ongoing customer satisfaction efforts

Maintain organized records and reporting through spreadsheets, CRM tools, and internal systems

Support a collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence and customer success

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, sales support, or a related role

Experience supporting business development or sales teams within a manufacturing, electrical, or industrial environment is a plus

Strong ability to prepare pricing quotes, coordinate proposals, and manage customer communications

Comfortable conducting warm lead calls and supporting sales outreach initiatives

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle is highly desirable
