Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Franklin Park, IL. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new leads, and driving sales growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication, and providing outstanding customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining detailed records of client interactions will be key components of this role.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Inside Sales and a track record of successful lead generation
Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment with strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is highly desirable
Working knowledge of wire and cable products or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
