The Role: As a Project Advisor, you will meet face-to-face with homeowners in their homes to present and close home improvement and solar projects.
This is a performance-based sales position with income directly tied to your results.
Appointments are scheduled for you
Evenings and Saturdays are required
After training, this role is 100% commission
What You’ll Do
Run in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified homeowners
Deliver professional presentations for:
Roofing
Siding
Gutters
Build value, overcome objections, and close deals
Use iPad-based tools for pricing, financing, and contracts
Manage your own pipeline and follow-up
Compensation
6 weeks paid training
First-year realistic earnings: $60K–$100K+
Top performers: $150K+
Your income is directly tied to your performance.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
