Appointments are scheduled for you.
Evenings and Saturdays are required.
After the paid training period, this role is 100% commission.
What You’ll Do
Run in‑home sales appointments with pre‑qualified homeowners
Deliver professional presentations for
Roofing
Siding
Windows & doors
Gutters
Solar
Build value, overcome objections, and close deals
Use iPad‑based tools for pricing, financing, and contracts
Manage your own pipeline and follow‑up
Compensation
6 weeks of paid training
Then uncapped commission
First‑year realistic earnings: $60K–$100K+
Top performers: $150K+
Your income is directly tied to your performance.
