What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Manage long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
Drive product acceptance through targeted education and strategic account management
Collaborate with internal partners to enhance communication and resource management
Uphold ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
Ability to lead and work in cross‑functional teams
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency in the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
