What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Execute territory sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
Collaborate with internal partners including marketing and medical science teams to ensure effective communication
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines in all professional interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle)
Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
Proven leadership skills and ability to direct cross-functional teams
Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset
