Role Responsibilities
Maintain Vehicle Display & Readiness:
Drive, park, and reposition inventory to keep lot displays organized and visually appealing. Ensure all vehicles are clean inside and out, fuel tanks are full, fluid levels are maintained, and stock tags and buyer guides are accurately displayed.
Support Dealership Operations:
Move vehicles between the lot, service department, and sales department as needed. Provide shuttle assistance, help load or unload customer vehicles, and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Vehicle Inspection & Inventory Accuracy:
Inspect vehicles for damage, report any issues to management, and assist in resolving discrepancies. Create key tags, update inventory systems, and support necessary paperwork related to vehicle intake and management.
Maintain a Safe & Clean Environment:
Ensure the lot, sidewalks, and driveways remain clean, clear, and safe for customers and employees at all times.
Employee Prerequisites
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Valid, unrestricted driver's license
Proficient in operating both manual (stick shift) and automatic transmissions
Demonstrates a proactive, self‑sufficient, collaborative, and supportive work style
Ability to complete a streamlined, efficient onboarding process
