Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Inside Sales Agent & Real Estate Sales Specialist
to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on
cold calling, circle prospecting, and lead engagement , with opportunities to convert conversations into real transactions. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, consistent with outreach, and understands that strong fundamentals and repetition lead to results.
This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven role for someone who wants to grow within a high‑volume, highly respected Brooklyn team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate and nurture leads through cold calling and circle prospecting (leads provided).
Engage property owners and potential clients through consistent outreach and follow‑up.
Convert qualified conversations into listing appointments.
Utilize platforms such as StreetEasy, Zillow, Resource, and other listing tools to manage and optimize opportunities.
Stay informed on market trends, inventory, and pricing to provide clear guidance to clients.
Apply ongoing training, scripts, and feedback from the team to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in the New York City real estate market.
Active and valid
New York State Real Estate License .
Demonstrated comfort and consistency with
cold calling and outbound prospecting .
Strong communication, follow‑up, and relationship‑building skills.
Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple conversations and leads simultaneously.
Familiarity with real estate technology, CRM systems, and listing platforms.
Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance‑based results.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, showings, and team priorities.
Compensation This is a 100% commission‑based position
with uncapped earning potential. Income is directly tied to consistency, effort, and execution. Competitive commission splits and long‑term growth opportunities are available for the right candidate.
