strong, field-driven Construction Superintendent
to take full ownership of onsite execution and lead projects from ground-up mobilization through final punch. What You’ll Own
Full site leadership — safety, sequencing, quality, and production Managing subcontractors and driving schedule performance Solving field challenges in complex urban environments Coordinating with PMs, architects, engineers, and inspectors Maintaining high standards across historic renovations and adaptive reuse projects What You Bring
7+ years of Superintendent experience Proven success on multifamily, mixed-use, or heavy renovation projects Strong understanding of Boston building codes and city logistics Ability to run tight schedules and hold trades accountable OSHA 30 preferred Why This Role Stands Out
