
Role Overview
We are hiring high-aptitude Regional Sales Managers to own and scale Pam’s presence across key U.S. regions. This is not a traditional “relationship-only” sales role. Sales Managers at Pam are full-stack sellers: technically fluent, deeply product-oriented, comfortable running complex demos, and capable of speaking credibly to both dealership operators and technical stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor to dealer principals, GMs, and operational leaders—owning the entire sales cycle from first conversation to close and expansion. What You’ll Do
Own and grow revenue within an assigned geographic territory Prospect, develop, and close new dealership relationships Run in-depth, technical product demos tailored to real dealership workflows Develop expert-level understanding of Pam’s AI capabilities, integrations, and roadmap Translate complex AI and systems concepts into clear, practical business outcomes Advise dealers on operational transformation across sales, service, BDC, and reception Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to influence roadmap and positioning Support onboarding, training, and early customer success to ensure strong launches Travel frequently to visit dealerships, attend events, and build deep regional presence What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for high-caliber, intellectually curious sellers who want to operate at the intersection of AI, technology, and real-world business execution. Required Qualifications
Proven experience selling to car dealerships or dealer groups Strong existing relationships within automotive retail Comfortable selling complex technology products, not just “features” High aptitude and ability to quickly master new systems and concepts Willingness to deep-dive into product, integrations, and technical details Ability to confidently deliver detailed, end-to-end product demos Clear, persuasive communicator with strong executive presence Results-driven mindset with excellent organization and follow-through Willingness to travel ~50% Strongly Preferred
Experience selling SaaS, AI, or enterprise software Background in dealership operations (sales, service, BDC, fixed ops, or IT) Demonstrated comfort working alongside product and engineering teams Company Culture & What It’s Like to Work Here
