We are seeking a professional and customer-focused
Second Shift Call Center Representative
to join our team. This role is responsible for handling calls related to parking accounts, billing questions, facility access, and general customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Assist customers with monthly parking accounts, payments, and billing inquiries
Troubleshoot access issues (gate entry, badges, permits, etc.)
Document all customer interactions accurately in company systems
Coordinate with field staff and management regarding facility issues
Provide accurate information regarding rates, locations, and policies
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficient with computers and basic software systems
Dependable and punctual with strong attendance record
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
