
Call Center Representative
This is a fully remote position. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming calls, transform them into leads, and facilitate towing jobs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Convert inbound calls into leads, progressing them into towing jobs.
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position.
Work is scheduled in shifts across a 24/7 call center.
Shifts will align with the Pacific Time Zone.

Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory
Main Internet Speed Requirement:
Jitter: below 10ms
Latency: below 160ms
Upload: more than 25mbps
Download: more than 40mbps
Power Backup:
A reliable power backup that can sustain a minimum of 8 hours (for a full shift).
Examples include generators, solar panels, or portable power inverters (note: UPS is not sufficient).
Internet Backup:
Jitter: below 10ms
Latency: below 160ms
Upload: minimum of 25mbps
Download: minimum of 25mbps.
Power and Internet backups are mandatory.
