
Account Services Associate (3-6 month Contract)
Remote | Austin Texas | Full-Time | $20/hour Role Overview:
This is a short-term opportunity ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in financial operations or administrative support. Over the course of 3-6 months, you’ll support the setup and maintenance of investment accounts, working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where precision and problem-solving are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Input and maintain client information in internal systems Check submitted documents for accuracy during onboarding services Address account setup and form-related questions from advisors and staff Process account transfers, direct rollovers, and similar transactions Monitor and follow up on incomplete submissions or documentation issues Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to resolve paperwork concerns Make updates to account features or classification as needed Maintain organized digital records to ensure full documentation trails Assist with user questions about internal tools and process requirements Support additional projects or clerical needs as assigned What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma required; college coursework preferred Prior experience in administrative, data entry or operations roles. Financial services, is a plus Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential data, and follow documented procedures Clear written and verbal communication skills Laptop is provided, additional monitor needed.
