What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Meet or exceed established territory sales and expense goals through strategic planning
Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians
Conduct thorough market analysis to inform Territory Business Plans and sales strategies
Implement special programs to maximize sales opportunities within the territory
Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in nephrology, rheumatology, or pulmonology
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, either an Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of proven pharmaceutical or industry experience
Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas preferred
Valid motor vehicle operator's license
Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge preferred

Previous experience in a sales role within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong clinical acumen and understanding of disease states related to the territory
Proven success in building and expanding customer relationships
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse audiences
