We support every phase of the professional customer journey, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, safe loading, expert product recommendations, and customized delivery solutions. As a member of the Professional Customer Service and Sales Team, you will: Build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales through a deep understanding of our products, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations. Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to boost sales within the store. Assist customers at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and provide expert paint and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Resolve delivery issues and effectively communicate Home Depot's competitive advantages. Monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives to support store objectives. We value bilingual communication skills, which may be preferred in certain locations based on customer needs.
