Job Summary We are looking for a Supplier Management & Enablement Specialist to manage supplier onboarding and transition processes within Coupa and Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Coupa SIM system and supporting the migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end supplier onboarding process in Coupa, including request handling, execution, and departmental coordination.
Ensure quality control over supplier data and facilitate the accurate transition of suppliers to active status.
Support the migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including supplier enablement, system testing, and data migration efforts.
Serve as the primary contact for internal requests regarding supplier information changes.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Oracle platform, ensuring functionality meets business needs.
Must‑Have Skills
Strong experience in Coupa supplier management.
Proven training, support, and communication skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on minimizing rework.
Industry Experience
No specific utilities experience required.
This opportunity is suited for someone with at least 3 years of experience in supplier management, procurement operations, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in system implementation projects and strong interpersonal skills.
