HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist

Mon to Fri 9 am to 12 pm

Austin, TX preferred; open to fully remote candidates on CST.
Pay Rate:
$38.00 - $43.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Conduct final QA review and approval of all marketing emails prior to release.
Validate mobile responsiveness, dark mode rendering, link accuracy, and personalization token functionality.
Ensure campaigns are properly configured in HubSpot, including subscription types, lists, and tracking parameters.
Monitor sender reputation and enforce adherence to CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and CASL requirements.
Configure and test automated workflows, nurture programs, and trigger logic.
Verify lead routing and handoff mechanisms are functioning correctly.
Provide actionable feedback on subject lines, segmentation, and A/B test structure to optimize engagement metrics.
Manage a continuous queue of approval requests while maintaining a 48‑hour turnaround SLA.
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (non‑negotiable).
Proven experience in email campaign QA, marketing automation validation, or marketing operations.
Strong understanding of SPF/DKIM authentication, bounce management, and engagement‑based filtering.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to catch technical and visual inconsistencies.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel campaign timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Litmus or Email on Acid for cross‑client email testing.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting HubSpot templates.
