Randstad is supporting a client who is seeking a detail-driven HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist to review, optimize, and approve high-performing campaigns. You’ll ensure flawless setup, automation accuracy, compliance, and deliverability, while improving open and click-through rates through smart testing and segmentation. Salary: $38 - $43 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 9 AM – 12 PM. Education: Bachelors.

Responsibilities

Review and approve all emails built by the marketing team. Check for mobile responsiveness, dark mode optimization, link accuracy, and personalization token functionality.

Ensure all campaigns are correctly set up within HubSpot Marketing Hub, including proper subscription type selection and tracking parameters.

Monitor sender reputation and ensure all outgoing mail complies with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and CASL regulations.

Setup and test automated nurture sequences and triggers to ensure logic is sound and lead hand‑offs are functioning correctly.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on subject lines, A/B test setups, and segmentation to improve open and click-through rates.
