You’ll be the engine behind our clients\' growth, where experimentation is central to how we grow our clients. You will drive results by: Taking full autonomy to launch, QA, and refine campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snap Managing precise budget pacing and allocation to ensure every dollar is invested effectively against client goals Managing client expectations proactively and acting as a strategic partner. You don’t just report news, you set the context, flag risks early, and ensure the client always knows what to expect Using your fluency in attribution and measurement to explain why things are working and crafting the weekly performance narratives that keep clients aligned Collaborating with creatives on bold new hooks and leveraging your relationships with platform reps to access new features first What makes you a great fit

Experience:

You bring 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing and have a track record of driving measurable growth with Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads. You have a strong business acumen, allowing you to understand how campaign levers impact the wider business. You are comfortable managing strict budget pacing and have strong measurement fluency (understanding attribution, tracking, and reporting nuances). If you’ve run app campaigns, even better. Communication:

You turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into clear stories clients understand and act on. If you’re motivated by responsibility, impact, and the opportunity to raise the bar, we’d love to meet you.
