
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Advertising guru to help continue to scale our Amazon business across catalog, content, advertising, and analytics.
The Amazon Advertising Specialist plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of the Amazon business by working directly with our Head of Amazon as well as cross-collaborating with our creative and operations team to ensure the continued success of our Amazon business.
The ideal candidate is someone who is confident in their ability to manage and scale 7-figure brands, but also holds a growth-oriented + team-player mindset.
Key Responsibilities Advertising
Management and creation of Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns
Optimization of our campaigns through Bid, Budget, Keyword, Product, and Placement optimizations
Creation of Share of voice, Product, and Segment performance reports to keep key stakeholders informed
Continuous advertising experimentation and guard-railing of advertising campaigns with preemptively defined KPI targets used to measure success
Organization and Segmentation of our campaigns by utilizing proper keyword and audience negations and inclusions to ensure proper segment separation
Creation and optimization of ruleset economies for advertising automation
Catalog
Creating and maintaining current and future products + variations to ensure our PDP’s stay up to date with SEO optimization both seasonal and evergreen
Ensuring our account stays clear of any suppressions/takedowns through routine account health checks and Seller Support + SAS Rep communication
Ensuring relevant and high-quality keywords are included in both our PDP and advertising campaigns through keyword research using 1st and 3rd party keyword data tools
Providing technical specifications to our creative team to keep our Advertising + Catalog content up to date and refreshed
Creating weekly/monthly reports to keep our team informed on current state of the Amazon business for including both total analytics and advertising specific analytics and trends
Analytics
Create high level business reports for both the total Amazon business and Advertising performance including trends and segment analytics
Utilize the latest AMC analytics to measure the effectiveness of our full funnel strategy
Leverage our 3rd party data platforms to build dashboards used for internal reporting and auditing
Other
Staying up to date with the latest Amazon Seller Central related news to keep our teams informed on any shifts in key business operations
Staying up to date on the latest product releases and new features for Amazon Advertising to ensure we are testing and utilizing the newest and latest products and features
Qualifications
2+ years managing Amazon brands doing $10MM/yr+ in sales in the CPG category
2+ years of Amazon Advertising experience utilizing the full suite of Amazon Advertising products (SP,SB,SD)
1+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central including catalog management and Seller Support communication
2+ years of experience communicating/presenting core Amazon data with stakeholders and C-suite executives
1+ years of experience with ad tech tools and 3rd-party data tools for keyword/category/competitor data
