Your Role
As an Inside Sales Officer, you are a
crucial link
between customers, suppliers, sales, and operations. You ensure that commercial requests are handled
accurately, competitively, and in a timely manner
— and that follow-up is done proactively. Your responsibilities include: Handling incoming
commercial inquiries
(including requests from international networks) Requesting rates from carriers, transporters, terminals, and partners Translating this information into
accurate and competitive quotations Actively following up on quotations and identifying
commercial opportunities Close collaboration with Business Development and Operations Entering and following up quotations in our CRM system (NaxcoShipit) Gathering market and customer feedback and sharing it internally Identifying and
understanding customer needs Who Are You?
You have knowledge of logistics and
freight forwarding
(incoterms, customs, breakbulk is a plus) You understand pricing structures, surcharges, and transport flows You
communicate
fluently and commercially in
Dutch
and
English , both verbally and in writing You work accurately and can manage multiple files simultaneously You are
proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented You enjoy working in a
team
