Work Setting: hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Required
Experience managing cross-functional and multiple collaborative projects in a dynamic environment
Experience signing off on front-end deliverables, user stories, UAT, and production releases
Experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud projects
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred
Agile and/or UX certifications
Responsibilities
Own the user experience, champion user needs and ensure alignment with business goals
Work with stakeholders and IT partners to manage scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate design reviews and sign off on front-end deliverables and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Participate in daily stand-ups and backlog grooming sessions as a critical member of agile teams
Maintain project documentation and trackers for ongoing deliverables
Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and feasibility
Validate that solutions meet Service Cloud best practices and compliance standards
