Our client is seeking a hands‑on semiconductor equipment
Technical Trainer
with strong experience in course development. In this role, you will develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for photolithography equipment, working in both classroom settings and cleanroom environments. You will also maintain training tools and facilities to ensure equipment readiness for demonstrations, hands‑on instruction, and customer training. Requirements: Engage with customers to assess training needs and gather feedback. Provide technical presentations and support knowledge‑sharing across teams. Deliver in‑person and virtual training on photolithography equipment for internal teams and customers. Conduct classroom and cleanroom training covering operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation. Develop new training materials and revise existing content to ensure accuracy and clarity. Validate technical procedures and documentation used by field service engineers and customers. Maintain and operate training equipment and cleanroom tools to ensure availability for instruction. Support hands‑on tool troubleshooting and equipment readiness in the training facility. Qualifications/Must-Haves: Ability to travel up to 30–50% (primarily domestic) Experience working in cleanroom or fab environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools. Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR equivalent hands‑on semiconductor experience. 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, field service, or fab operations. Hands‑on experience with photolithography tools or semiconductor process equipment. Preferred Skills: Experience troubleshooting semiconductor equipment (robotics, optics, alignment systems) Background in physics, semiconductor processing, or equipment engineering. Experience training field service engineers or equipment technicians. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Training delivered in classroom and cleanroom settings (full cleanroom PPE required) Travel includes domestic trips 1+ week per month and occasional international travel.
