opportunity with a global law firm in New York, NY.
This position supports the firm's Structured Credit practice.
Qualifications
7+ years of paralegal and transactional experience.
Strong background supporting complex structured finance matters.
Proficiency with document management systems, transactional software tools, and legal billing processes.

Responsibilities Support the Structured Credit practice by assisting with document preparation, transaction management, and billing activities as needed.
