Senior Deal Origination Officer
to support
deal sourcing, pipeline development, and client relationship management

Support
deal origination efforts
by identifying potential acquisition targets, buyers, investors, and strategic partners Conduct
market mapping and sector research
to identify high-probability transaction opportunities Assist in developing and maintaining
deal pipelines, CRM systems, and origination dashboards Perform
initial financial screening and strategic fit analysis
on potential transactions Prepare
origination materials , including teasers, pitch decks, and client outreach briefs Support
client outreach campaigns , including preparation for meetings and follow-ups Collaborate with senior bankers on
relationship management and coverage strategies Coordinate internally with execution teams to transition sourced opportunities into live deals Track transaction progress and assist with
pipeline reporting and forecasting Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline Strong interest in
deal origination, transaction strategy, and client-facing roles Solid understanding of
M&A, capital markets, and investment banking fundamentals Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess
strategic and financial attractiveness Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple outreach and research workstreams simultaneously Prior internship or experience in
investment banking, private equity, consulting, sales, or corporate development
is beneficial Proficiency in
