Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Mobile Experience (MX) Organization. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for a seasoned HR professional who can operate both strategically and tactically, partnering closely with senior leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to support business objectives and people initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong HR business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and execute people strategy for assigned client groups, ensuring alignment between business operations and HR practices.
Act as a trusted advisor and visible partner to senior leadership, providing data‑driven insights and proactive HR solutions.
Provide subject‑matter expertise across career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation, employee relations, learning & development, recognition programs, and organizational development.
Consult and coach leaders on talent management strategies, succession planning, and workforce effectiveness.
Support and execute cyclical HR programs and participate in broader people and organizational initiatives.
Ensure accurate execution of HR processes and maintain HR data integrity for supported organizations.
Maintain strong working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements; partner with Legal and HR SMEs as needed.
Lead or support employee relations investigations through successful resolution.
Collaborate closely with HR COEs and interface regularly with Senior Directors, VPs, SVPs, and employees at all levels.
Align business goals and objectives with People policies, programs, and practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
6–8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or related experience.
Proven experience advising and influencing senior leaders in complex organizations.
Strong attention to detail with excellent listening, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage change and navigate intercultural and corporate dynamics.
Experience with organizational design, integrations, and change management initiatives.
Hands‑on experience managing employee relations investigations with HR or Legal SMEs.
Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent HR projects in a fast‑changing environment.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High comfort level working in ambiguity and complexity.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Workday (Core HCM) strongly preferred.
