Program Support Specialist – Personnel & Information Security
Location: Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR | Situational Telework Eligible
About the Role: Join a high-performing team supporting personnel security and compliance programs. You will facilitate onboarding appointments, validate and track critical data, manage program documentation, and support audits and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and validate enrollment center appointments
Monitor operational schedules and resolve technical issues
Maintain accurate program documentation in SharePoint and other systems
Assist with compliance audits, policy updates, and process improvement
Support badge issuance, physical access controls, and security protocols
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
1–5 years of program support, administrative, or coordination experience
Intermediate skills with SharePoint, MS Project, and MS Access
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Preferred:
Familiarity with government onboarding, HSPD-12, badge issuance, and personnel security clearance processes
Experience with compliance and audit support in technical or federal environments
