Key Skills:
6+ years Salesforce experience, including
3+ years in FSL
Strong hands-on experience with
Apex, LWC, Flows
Expertise in
Work Orders, Service Appointments, Territories, Skills, Scheduling Policies
Experience with
data migration & integrations
Good understanding of
field service operations
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have:
Salesforce Certifications (FSL / PD1 / Admin)
Experience with MuleSoft / Boomi
Agile project experience
