Responsibilities
3 Core Duties Key Measurements
Prequalify
- Contact all borrower(s) within 24 hours after the Initial Loan Consultation.
- Request and review cash, credit, and capacity (income) qualifications for all borrowers
Pre-Approve
- Accurately pre-approve all eligible borrowers
- Proactively contact pre-approved buyers
- Communicate effectively with Realtor partners
- Onboard all newly received contracts for Rate Lock Consultation
- Submit loan applications to Loan Processing for eDisclosures
- Ensure 95%+ loans close on time with daily check-ins to address choke points
- Resolve 95%+ of loan issues before escalating to the Loan Officer
- Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned mortgage loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items
- Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed
- Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
- Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Advanced comprehension of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly plus potential per year
