As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored insurance solutions and proactive risk management strategies to our high-net-worth clients. How You'll Make an Impact

In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with precision and care. You'll lead the charge in managing day-to-day account activities, from crafting renewal strategies to delivering innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention. By analyzing data and industry trends, you'll create customized service plans and risk management strategies that protect what matters most to our clients.

You'll also collaborate with industry experts and carrier partners to stay ahead of market changes, ensuring our clients always receive the best possible coverage options. Whether it's conducting audits, managing claims processes, or mentoring team members, your work will directly contribute to our culture of continuous improvement and client-first service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading the renewal process to deliver timely, high-quality solutions. Driving client retention and identifying opportunities for additional services. Conducting compliance audits and managing claims processes for your accounts. Developing tailored client service plans and stewardship reports. Partnering with colleagues and carriers to deliver innovative strategies. About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred:

The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether in presentations or over the phone. A knack for balancing multiple priorities and working independently. A collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members. Comfort with technology, including agency management software, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. #LI-TW1

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
