This role is based in one of our Massachusetts offices: Reading, Cambridge, or Natick. This position involves managing a personal lines book of middle market accounts - standard home, auto, and umbrella policies. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll be the go-to advisor for your clients, helping them navigate their personal insurance needs with confidence. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and customized solutions. Working closely with our production team, you'll lead the renewal process, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.

You'll also play a key role in securing existing business and identifying opportunities to expand coverage and services. By analyzing data and industry trends, you'll craft strategic client service plans and reports that add value and build trust. Your expertise will help clients stay ahead of risks, while your proactive approach will foster long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

About You

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

A client-first mindset with a passion for building strong, lasting relationships. The ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and approachable way. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results. Experience in personal lines insurance or a related field is a plus, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Required:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred:

Insurance Expertise : You have prior experience in insurance and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Financial Savvy : You're comfortable working with numbers and have a solid understanding of financial concepts. Industry Knowledge : You're well-versed in personal lines coverages, understand business classifications, and stay informed on industry trends and strategies for client retention. Problem-Solving Skills : You excel at identifying challenges and designing effective solutions, with strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly. Leadership and Mentorship : You've demonstrated leadership by advocating for clients and mentoring junior team members to help them grow. Tech Proficiency : You're highly skilled in Microsoft Office (or similar tools) and can create polished spreadsheets and presentations with ease. Tech Adaptability : You're experienced with agency management software and can quickly learn new systems and processes. #LI-TW1

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
