Outside Services Job Description
The Outside Services position is responsible for various tasks including providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for golfers. Representative List of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The list is not intended to be all-inclusive nor exclusive but is intended to provide examples of typical duties performed. Friendly customer service. Assist golfers with bags upon arrival and departure. The cleaning and restocking of golf carts. Picking up range balls from the driving range. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software. Supplemental Information
