Quotation Processing And Customer Support
Performs quotation processing over the phone, email, and fax. Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to the customer via email/fax. Process shipping instructions and packing lists to the warehouse. Filing orders and checking customer's open orders. Perform physical inventory when necessary. Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary. Support outside sales inquiry needs (stock and price check, open orders). Process quotation for outside sales. Process internal transfers. Other additional tasks may be assigned. Skills: Customer service, customer support, call center, technical support, Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience. Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
