Location: Bashford Street Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $28.00/ hour Summary: The Administrative Assistant position provides general office support to the Property Management and Asset Management Departments. The primary responsibility is to perform all administrative duties and provide additional support with special projects as needed. The schedule consists of Monday

Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Spanish speaking required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Property Management and Maintenance Mail out monthly rent bills, recertification packages, late rent notices, and other correspondence. Provide attorneys and residents with updated rent ledgers. Assist residents with requests (i.e. copies of leases, ledgers, rent payments, shelter verifications, etc.). Update the Vacancy, Recertification and other reports as needed. Maintain and canvas the waiting list for potential residents to help fill vacancies and send out applications. Follow up with tenant complaints and assist in bringing the matter to a resolution. Provide support for tenant recertifications and leasing. Provide backup support in creating work orders and answering calls. Experience and Qualifications: Collage degree preferred, High School Diploma/GED required. Three or more years of administrative and/or receptionist experience required. Ability to multi-task with a high degree of organization and efficiency is a must. Experience working in a social service or property management setting is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills is required. Microsoft Office including Word and Excel required.
