We are looking for Technical Writers to lead the charge in using AI-powered tools to develop content for cutting-edge networking products. As a senior technical writer, you will leverage your expertise to make complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks easily comprehensible and appealing to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: • Use in-house AI tools to make complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks easily comprehensible and appealing to diverse audiences - from end users to network administrators to developers. • Drive a unified content strategy. Establish standardized release processes, content development best practices, and delivery and feedback mechanisms in the team. • Serve as the voice of the user, using AI-driven content analytics to provide valuable feedback to engineering, product management, and technical marketing teams. • Identify the significantly complex information needs of target audiences, develop appropriate content plans, and manage the execution of those plans. • Perform resource workload assessment and balancing across projects. • Create high-quality technical content for complex product and solution deployment needs. • Take on special projects/stretch assignments outside the scope of regular tasks. • Contribute actively to integrating the latest Gen AI use cases in existing and new content workflows. • Demonstrate proven ability in team building and the mentoring of junior writers.
